How do I confirm my order? 
You are required to pay the deposit 80 % or full payment for delivery nationwide to bank account number and select all the necessary information of your order, including attaching your finalize artwork, selecting the material type, printing requirement and finally, Email or fill up the Enquiry Form to send the order to us. We will send the order confirmation to your e-mail before we start to process the order. You also can contact us and ask for help

How long does it take to process my order? 
Depend on process duration in result.

Can I cancel or change my order? 
Order cancellations must be done within 24 hours after placing an order. You can email toaplusinsideout@gmail.com

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for typing, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the artwork/document creation process. In an effort to keep costs down and pass those savings along to our customers, ATS does not review artwork/documents for content or spelling after confirmation has been made. All  ATS  orders are made-to-order. As such ,  ATS resources will not accept a return unless the order is defective or the wrong item(s) is received. We will not accept returns based on size discrepancies or color discrepancies arising from viewing the item(s) on our website and printed material. We will not accept a returned order that has been washed or worn.

What should I do if I do not receive my order within the estimated delivery date?

Artwork Design 
Do ATS offer artwork design services? 
Yes and with minimum charge base on the product and the design. You have to provide us the attachment, black & white sketch on paper and the concept of the design to avoid adjustment charge and keep it low price.

Does ATS provide artwork proof checking services?
No. You have to confirm the final artwork before printing.

What file format should I use to save my artwork? 
For all our products, we accept the artwork in: Adobe Photoshop (PSD) Adobe Illustrator (AI) Adobe Acrobat Document (PDF)

How do I send my artwork?
You can email your file to us or by delivering it personally

Can I order my business card in other sizes?
YES. We provide custom size for Offset Business Cards. The business card size should be smaller than our maximum size which is 90mm x 54mm (actual size) else it will be considered as 2 units size. And min order 1200 pcs.

当然，而且收费公道。为了避免调整的额外费用，建议您提供充足的概念与要求，省时又能省钱。

爱普拉斯提供产品印前检查吗？
在产品打印前我们都会先让顾客确认。

要将图档交给爱普拉斯时，我应该使用什么文件格式保存呢？
对于我们所有的产品，我们接受的格式有：Adobe公司的Photoshop（PSD），Adobe Illustrator（AI）Adobe Acrobat文档（PDF）

如何发送我的文件给爱普拉斯呢？
您可以通过电邮您的文件给我们或面交。

我订购的名片可以选择其他尺寸吗？
可以，我们提供自定义尺寸的胶印名片。名片大小应小于我们的最大尺寸为90毫米x 54毫米（实际尺寸），否则将被视为2个单位大小。最小订购量1200个。

Billing & Payment
How do I pay my order? 
Maybank is a one of our payment gateway that allow you to direct transfer your payment to out Maybank account or payment full. Email the payment slip to aplusinsideout@gmail.com once you have done.

What is the minimum deposit? 
You are required to pay the deposit 80 % from total or full payment for delivery nationwide. The balance payment you have to pay 20% during pay before we deliver.

How does ATS guarantee the order will be deliver after we make balance payment?
We will send the picture of the order as a proof through e-mail.

Will ATS give an official receipt for the payment? 
You will be issued a receipt every payment you make.

我如何支付我的订单？
Maybank，您直接将款项通过Maybank支付。支付款项后请电邮一份银行单据到aplusinsideout@gmail.com。

每次的最低定金是多少？
您需要支付至少80％款项，我们会开始处理订单。在货物送前或送到时支付剩余的20％款项。

爱普拉斯提供正式收据吗？
会，我们会在送货时发给顾客付款收据。
